I get very severe sinus haedaches esp. when the room gets too cold andsince we like to sleep in a room below 60 degrees you can see the problem. As long as i have this mask on i never wake in the night in pain. It fits well and i have just purchased another because my husband stretched mine out and i will never be without one!
