(More customer reviews)I travel for business and keep odd hours.Without a sleep mask, getting restful sleep in a hotel is impossible.This is one of the most comfortable sleep masks I've used. I had one before and to find it again I had to come to Amazon.

It has a single elastic band with an adjustable slide.The benefit of this is that as the band ages and loses elasticity you can tighten it with the slide.This system allowed me to keep using my other contoured sleep mask for a good 5 years.Other sleep masks seem to die after a year because of the elastic band problem.Once they get too lose they just fall off your head as you sleep.

The only downsides are the single band and the lack of fabric folds around the nose to help keep out the light.I've used other sleep masks that had two bands.This method is far more comfortable because you don't have to worry about the bands shifting and rubbing your ears.Plus some of these other sleep masks have folds of fabric around the nose that keep light from creeping in from the corners.The problem with these others is that they never last too long.6 months at most.Usually less.

It's a crap shoot as to whether other sleep masks are comfortable over your eyes or not.For me, comfort over the eyes was the biggest thing. Knowing that I wouldn't have a night when suddenly it would stop fitting was also a big selling point.If they were to figure out a two band system and put extra fabric around the nose, I'd give it a full 5 stars.
