(More customer reviews)This works great to reduce puffy-ness around the eyes caused by being over-tired, inflammation, or other.It's a cool soothing gel that is clear.It has a nice refreshing smell to it.You can leave it on for 5 minutes and then rinse off, or just leave it on.I use mine to reduce inflammation that may be caused by allergies, and it actually seems to reduce sinus pressure as well.It's recommended for under-eye use to eliminate 'bags', but I use mine on my eyelids, under-eye, nasal bridge and just beneath my under-eye area.You only use a little tiny dab of product, so the 1 oz lasts for months.
