(More customer reviews)I have used eye pillows in yoga class before and I thought this would be similar.However, this one is so big that it doesn't seem to rest the weight directly on the eyes; instead the flax seeds mostly fall down to the ends of the eye pillow and the weight sits around my temples.It is also too wide, so it rests way down on my nose.Ideally this eye pillow's dimensions would be reduced by 25% in both length and width.I plan to fold over and sew one end of it to reduce the length to see if that will help.

The fragrance, while nice, is a bit too strong for sleeping or yoga relaxation. I actually found it to be quite stimulating instead of relaxing.

On the plus side, the materials of the eye pillow are really nice and soft.
