(More customer reviews)this eye mask does a good job by giving warmth to my eyes. the pack also gives a little moist which is great for my dry eyes. the one thing i couldn't deal with is the awful lavender smell after it's been microwaved. I have a strong microwave, so i set it for 30 seconds. it smelled like burnt lavender. i'm sure this makes a good cold pack. i'll pass on the warm pack and use something else.
