(More customer reviews)I first used this exact same model of Light Shield sleepshade during WWII in 1943 when in the Navy in the Pacific. I have had one after the next on hand ever since--65 years! And I use them almost every day, for they guarantee sleep even when early morning sunlight streams in. Now in my retirement they are also used for mid-afternoon naps and provide complete darkness for restful sleep. They wear out over time, but a new one is always available.
I don't remember the manufacturer of the early sleepshades, but the Flent's sleepshades today are exactly the same design and perform just as well. I commend Flents for continuing the product, for there isn't another brand or model that does as good a job.
