(More customer reviews)The mask blocks light very well, even better than the highly rated Lewis & Clark mask.However if your skin is sensitive the foam backing that rests on your face may cause irritation.After I wore it for one night my face broke out in the area where the mask touched my face.Also the strap that holds it tight caused my ears to turn red where it rubbed on them.The pair of Hearos Ultimate Softness earplugs included with the mask are excellent and the best pair I have ever used.Better to buy those separately and then get the Lewis & Clark mask (not perfect either, but better).
