(More customer reviews)As a light sleeper, a sleep mask is necessary when I travel or sleep in on Saturday mornings. I first discovered these at Whole Foods. I bought a few, as they wore out over time. When I recently went back, they weren't carrying them any more. (No explanation why.) I was thrilled to see them on Amazon.

The fit of this mask is nice. Adjustable velcro in the back makes it tight enough for my head--a mostly bald man. But it would expand to fit someone with a nice head of hair (I would think). Keeps the light out, definitely. As a guy, I like the fact that it's not covered with lambs or flowers.

I've been using these for a few years. The only downside is the elastic stretches over time. It gets looser and looser as the months go by. (This is with use of 10 times a month.) Someone with sewing skills could shorten it no problem. Even with this in mind, it's a great value.
